Show & Tell :: from the first week of the school holidays!

Well, I've survived the first week of the summer holidays - just! To be honest, Superhero has been in football camp all week, so it's just been me and the Princess. So we've spent quite a lot of time going for coffee and doing some "arts & crafts" at home.....

Here are a couple of examples of my latest felt flower corsages:

What do you think?

What have you been making this week?

Have a great weekend.

Meet Me On Monday :: for an ice-cream

 This week I'm:

Making :: another felt cameo brooch, this time with a little ice-cream motif
Attending :: the village school's summer fete as a stall holder
Visiting :: Stamford for a bit of retail therapy and a spot of lunch with my mum, such a pretty place to visit
Taking :: my little Princess for her first ballet exam - too cute for words!!
Watching :: Wimbledon obvs - poor old Andy Murray.....
Eating :: Eaton Mess, the only thing to eat whilst watching the tennis
Waving :: hello to all my new blog followers - welcome, good to see you
Loving :: "for the love of camping" Cushion by Maisy Lee Designs at Folksy. Really bright and summery, even on a grey, wet day!

Did you have a good weekend? What did you get up to? And what do you have planned for the week ahead?

Have fun.

Folksy Friday :: I Love Brooches

In case you haven't been able to tell - I Love Brooches! I love making them and I love wearing them. Felt brooches are my favourite, but I love all styles really. Take a look at all these lovely brooches found on Folksy this week:
Vintage Button Brooch by Love and Buttons

Pretty Deer Felt Brooch by An Owl to the Hollow
Felt Paisley Brooch by Buttercup Boutique
Felt Owl Brooch by Gingerbeer Designs

Aren't they pretty? Do you like wearing brooches too?

Happy Friday.
